Tuesday 3/11

The International Office here today submitted a "statement of interest" to the US State Department for a grant that will assist  in the development of faculty exchanges between Stolypin Volga Region Institute of Administration and NOVA. We all worked pretty hard over the weekend. If successful, we will begin a detailed project narrative, proposal, and budget at the end of March. If we are lucky, peer to peer collaboration to ensue!
